WASHING Wash your hair using a sulfate-free shampoo recommended by your stylist, and make sure to use lukewarm water. Gently massage the shampoo into your hair without wringing or twisting it. When conditioning, focus on applying the product to the mid-lengths and ends of your hair to prevent product buildup at the roots.

Your stylist will recommend a suitable brush to use, especially for extensions. Avoid using any hair products without consulting your stylist first.
